MELLOW YELLOW

Here is one picture of my new car. Like I said it is YELLOW. I think people may notice me now. I drove it to work one day but now it sits in the garage because the weather is nasty. Can't be getting it all dirty!!!!

Mama's Gone Crazy!!!

I bought myself a new toy on March 24th. A 1991 Corvette. It is bright yellow with black leather interior. I have always wanted to have one so here I go. You have to live out some of your dreams!!! It is cool but very different from the Tahoe-----so small and close to the ground. It is really quite a trick for me to get in and out of it. I'll be doin some cruisin this summer!!! Look for pictures as I will get some posted soon. It is B A according to Trina---but what does she know???

Macie Moo

After taking hundreds of pictures of Miss Macie I finally got a good one. Not because she is lacking in smiles, but because of the delay my camera has. I was so happy with this one that I thought I would share it with everyone. She wasn't feeling very good but she still had plenty of smiles.

I couldn't resist posting this one. It is so cute. I think this is when I was asking her what she thought about her Aunt Trina!!

Gentlemen....Start your engines !!!!

Dennis and I spent the last several days in Vegas for the Nascar race. It was alot of fun but I am glad to be home. We were at the track Friday afternoon for qualifying, all day Saturday for the Nationwide race and all day Sunday for the Cup race. We had tickets in the Clubhouse which is the ONLY way to go. It was a private room where you could hang out and watch the race through the glass or you could go sit outside in a reserved seat. We got free drinks and really good catered food. Not to mention a clean, nice bathroom of our own that I never had to stand in line to use!!!

We met alot of really funny people and we spent most of our mornings just walking around and visiting with people. Before the race started, we had passes to go down into the Pits and the 'Neon Garage'. We got to see all the cars in the garages as the pit crew worked on them.

We stayed at the Ventian which was a little too classy for our taste. The suite we had was unbelievable though. It was definitely the nicest hotel room I had ever seen.

I think we will just stick with Harrah's when we are in Vegas. At least we can get a steak there instead of Escargot!!! Everyone in that place is way too overdressed too. There are 2 nightclubs which bring in tons of people and it is just too crowded!!!! Not to mention the valet kept losing our truck!!
